So glad I came here above anywhere else. After visiting 3 different places for a belt repair I finally settled on AAMCO. From the moment I walked in Zack was on the phone fighting for his clients rights. I was so impressed that 3 days later when I came back for the service he was being direct with another customer and letting her know the car was a money pit and giving her options. Never before have I felt so strongly that a shop cared about the people who came in. Cause if you care about the customers that way that means you fight for the people who work for you and I am all about supporting business with a strong moral ethic and value system. These guys did a fantastic job taking care of replacing my brakes and performing a past due, Tune-up, that was much needed! They performed my entire service (that day), within a few hours, provided transportation, and excellent customer service!!! Zack, Joe, & Billy were my go-to, guys! They make a great team! I’ll be back! 😉

We've had a great experience at AAMCO of Cedar Park. They repaired the AC. After the repair, it didn't blow well out of a couple of vents. They found the problem (not related to the original issue) and had it solved in about 15 minutes. Great customer service.

Zachary really went to bat for us. A/C went out on truck that had just bought a month & a half ago. Have car shield warranty. When car shield was giving a hard time to complete everything Zachary really pushed & got the warrenty ppl to hurry the process & fix our truck as quick as possible.
I can't believe it took me so long to start coming here! AAMCO has been amazing to me; this morning I brought my car in to find out why my car was shaking after braking at high speeds. Found out my front rotors were warped, which I suspected, and though they didn't have the parts immediately available, Zachary (the manager) bent over backwards to get my car fixed that day. What's more, they absolutely offer the cheapest services with the most straightforward explanations. I will absolutely be coming here regularly from now on, for all my car needs!

Left my car with them for a brake job and they dropped me off at my apartment and picked me back up when it was ready a few hours later. Quick and friendly service.

I needed some break work done on my car, so I called up AAMCO in CP. Talked to Zachary the manager who was extremely helpful. He got me in same day to see what needed to be done. I got there and was immediately greeted by Zach where we discussed my concerns of my breaks, then within minutes Richard the head mechanic brought my car into the service bay. While Zach and I were taking about possible numbers, Richard was inspecting my car for needs and measurements. What a great team effort to get what was needed. Measurements were given to Zach by Richard and then he was on the phone getting everything set up and parts ordered. Came in the next day and they knocked everything out in under an hour. Super impressed by the cohesiveness of this team. I will be going there for all my car needs from here on out!!! Zach and Richard went above and beyond for some other minor concerns I had as well. Thanks guys!!! Awesome work!!

Zachary is very efficient as a manager, listens and extends every courtesy possible in his communication about all the issues my various vehicles have. Among the mechanics i have used, AAMCO does an inspection at no charge to find out what is going on, offers fair pricing, and rapid turnaround. Everything is thorough, and they expalin everything, as well as warranty the work, no question.. I feel like I am getting what I need, and can count on them to do what is right. Wish all my life problems could be solved the way these guys work ! Will use them again and again ~

I purchased a 2004 Audi A6 a few years back and it turned out to be a wonderful car I enjoy driving it and I kept up with maintenance and repair but the transmission had a problem and I took it to a few different shops first the dealer he gave me a price that was just outrageous. I then went to a local transmission shop that quoted me a rice of $4800 to $5,200. Finally I took it to Aamco Transmissions on South Bell Boulevard and was given a price of $1400 $1,500. I had a friend who kept telling me that it was no way they could possibly do it for that kind of money. The manager (Zach) was very helpful he informed me of the procedure and that there were different options that I could use for financing and that he would work with me on the price. I'm keeping my eye on the price because it had a good engine I also had a lot of work done on the front end so I know that the car will get at least another hundred thousand miles. I just picked up the car the other day and it runs so well the transmission shifts just perfect. Now I'm not a big fan of doing Yelp reviews but I was so satisfied with the work and the attitude that Zack had that I just felt I had to give credit where credit was due. Initially when I had the transmission problem I was just going to discount the price and sell the car well I have a different frame of mind today there ain't no way I'm selling the car I'm going to keep it because it rides well and with the transmission fix along with a 3 year 36,000 mile warantee and with the financing that Zach helped me with, how can I lose? I don't know what the other company that offered to fix my transmission for $4800 to $5200 was going to do with that extra $3,700 so I have to say thanks to Zach for saving me $3700 bucks anyhow. And once again yes I would recommend to friends and family if they had transmission work that needs to be done they better go over and see my buddy Zack over at Aamco Transmissions on South Bell Boulevard
If you have any transmission issues these are the guys you need, they have taken care of our vehicles for years, these guys are professionals.
There are few times that I write a review for an auto shop. Ever since I moved here I have had a hard time finding a place that can deliver on their promises. And in Austin area it is hard to find a good and honest auto shop. Good and honest doesn't come cheap BUT they're reasonable. I don't know why I stopped there originally but I've been going back since. One thing they did do was help me fix a problem that caused my check engine light to go off for the last 7 months when no one else could. It was a simple $10 part and they charged $100 for the repair. Why no one else could fix and diagnose this, I don't know but I am happy to pay the expense since they offer free diagnosis that other places would charge for. Bravo guys, you have a great operation here.

AAMCO is the very best in offering free diagnostics and efficient repair services. Zachary is the manager in Cedar Park, he kept me in the loop about what repairs needed to be done for an A/C compressor and discovered that my brakes needed replacing. Not only did I get great customer service, discounts and repairs completed within the same day of service. I also have peace of mind that my car has cold A/C and my brakes are in tip top shape. We always take our cars to this AAMCO b/c we know that Customer Service Manager Todd will always shoot up straight and tell us what needs to be done straight away and what can wait a bit. They are the first go to and we have never had to go elsewhere.

I had scheduled a Transmission Flush and helped by Zach. Not only was I in and out in less than an hour, Zach was an awesome guy who was very informative on some of the questions I had. I definitely recommend anyone who needs any car service repair to come to this location!

I took my Infinity here or an oil change since its close to my house and better than Walmartor Jiffy Lubr. Zach was very helpful, it was very fast service, great customer service. The place was clean. If service is like this i will be a repeat customer.

Zachary Honsell and Brandon Cowen were very professional and it was a great experience. They had a quick turn around time and kept me informed throughout the process. I always would take my car to my dealership (Toyota) but after trying this shop I wouldn't go anywhere else.
The manager Zachary is very informed and also very helpful. I had an entire engine rebuild done here and they had it done in a timely manner and the pricing was significantly better than other shops I had been quoted by. I will not go anywhere else for my auto needs.

It was great. They know what they're doing, they can explain why they're doing what they're doing, and they don't just fix what's wrong, they'll tell you if anything else is going to go wrong in the future.
Came in today to get my AC checked. There were several things wrong with it like I had suspected. Zach was very helpful and explained what was wrong and what work would be required. He even did some work pro bono! I will definitely be back!
Took my '13 Nissan Altima in for a AC Recharge service on Friday late morning.
Zach, store manager, whom I spoke to by phone the day earlier, had my car looked at, explained what needed to be done, performed the recharge service and I was out the door in less than an hour.
Despite the brand name of Aamco, it's the professionalism of people like Zach and his staff, that will make me return to Aamco for any future serving issues or problems

I never thought I believe an auto repair shop would deserve 5 stars much less feel compelled to write about it. Zach H and his team saved me a fortune with unusual repair. The repair was complete when promised and they were in constant contact throughout the entire process. While I hope it is a awhile before my car needs another repair I will not hesitate to take it to Aamco in Cedar Park.
I have been using Aamco at 2409 S. Bell Blvd, Cedar Park for many years. I have always had expert repairs done in a timely manner for a reasonable price, as well as courteous customer service. I had been searching for an honest auto repair store, where I could feel trust, and this is what I have found here.
My van had a check engine light on, called the night before and spoke to Zach, he told me to bring it in the next morning. Sure enough he was there, I thought there may have been way more problems, but he texted me what needed to be done (I hate phone calls), replaced the gas cap, oil change and informed me the radiator hoses needed to be replaced.
Since I don't want to put much more money into the car (even though the prices are reasonable), I left it at that and by no means did he try and sell me on a repair.
Down to earth guy, I'd highly recommend this shop and all my future repairs I plan on coming back.

John, exceeds customer service! He got my car in and out quick after a caution cone came out of no where and punctured a hole in the bottom of my cars transmission fluid reservoir. All went smooth. Then after paying my deductible and picking up the car John calls me about a week later and tells me I have a 300.00 credit!!! No one had to do that... I would have never known. John is an honest, upfront gentleman with Integrity. This AAMCO is your place.
Hats off to John and his technicians. Took my vehicle in because I heard the noise that I wasn't familiar with. The technicians diagnosed and found the problem. John negotiated my warranty agreement and had a positive answer within 24 hours.. after receiving the parts, my vehicle was repaired and runs great.
